Kaplan Properties performs due diligence on more than 50 million in US real estate assets, annually. Our conservative investment approach is highly unusual among real estate investment companies. This unique time-honored, cash-is-king tradition allows us to offer low-cost warehouse solutions to our tenants. Kaplan Properties strives to achieve sustainable levels of return that don’t fluctuate significantly with market swings.

Once a property meets our acquisition criteria, we close quickly, stabilize it and let it perform. Our average deal duration is a generation. This strategy is applied to the properties we have held since the 1950s in the same fashion it is applied to the properties we acquire annually as we continue to grow.

We are very proud of our value-driven approach. It is part of our corporate culture and commitment. Employees receive compensation incentives for identifying operational efficiencies such as utility consumption waste, obtaining favorable real estate tax reassessments, and grant-based initiatives.
